....I can't believe it's been an entire week already. Crazy ass busy again. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the summer and I wasn't trying to occupy children during the day as well.
Teddy has just completed 3 out of 4 weeks of summer school. Aleks is coming home from a weeks away at camp and Krystina has just finished 2 weeks of "no thumb in her mouth". I'm managing to keep my business afloat and even more importantly....trying to keep a very grumpy old guy from completely losing it (and making me go nuts as well). At least the demanding phone calls are at a decent hours, rather than the 4:00 a.m. one I got a while back...we'll see how long that lasts.
I've had so much to write about and yet, my fingers were as silent as my voice. Been in a bit of a shlump...just about life...it's a darn good thing I have hubs to keep me on track. It's always good to know you have someone rock solid to be able to lean on. Things are good, life is good, things can always be better but....they really are good.
I have so many projects on the go, from photography, crafting, new business's, new clients....busy, busy, busy.
Yesterday I had my physical. Things went typically well....except for my blood pressure which I thought, wasn't really "horrible" but the doctor decided it was "a little" too high for "a little" too long (considering I was already taking meds). So I won't be able to know for sure whether or not my new vitamin regime had an impact on my pressure (I think it did, considering my anxiety levels have come down and that would have a direct affect on my bp), but that's okay we will carry on. What the doctor did do, was write a list of blood work that I have to have done as well as an additional medication to take for my bp....this one a "water pill"....so I'll be peeing more....hopefully it won't affect my already "once a night trip" to the washroom. He did say I could continue to work out as hard as I want..."yay" and that I should stay out of the sun with this medication..."boo". 42 and on two blood pressure meds....I feel so old.....but it's better than having a stroke.
I did talk to my doctor about my dad and the hubs taking Kyani along with their meds/vitamins (more specifically CoEnzyme Q10) and he okayed it, so.....I'm looking forward to seeing results in them. He (my doctor) was quite pleased with the fact that I told him my knee pain was essentially gone...that I was able to do squats and lunges and still they were holding out....that I feel as though my hair is getting thicker....that my pms anxiety levels have decreased....that I just felt better, since taking the Kyani. He said, "if it's having a positive affect on you....keep taking it". Anybody else interested?
Well that's it for today. I promise I won't stay away another week. My Al's coming home today and I have to get ready....plus....I have to pee.
