Eva Markvoort

Eva died this morning....and while I've only known her through the internet....I've gotten to know this incredibly young, beautiful women and her love of life..... http://65redroses.livejournal.com ........I am truly saddened. She lived mere minutes from my home, put up an incredible struggle and was truly....an amazing, loving and "full of life" person....we should all learn from her.

May she rest in peace.

She really did fight...and it's tragic that she wasn't a candidate for lungs... not sure why she didn't qualify... or she died while waiting... all the same, it's just sad.... another beautiful person taken from our world of the living.

Hey D....I found your nephew waiting on 'early dismissal' for his daddy...and waiting...and waiting....good thing it wasn't raining!

Anyways...Eva did a double lung transplant...two years ago (I think it was now..time goes by so fast)....but her body ending up rejecting them.

It's so hard when it's somebody so close in your community....I remember the day little "Gabby Davis" died....it's always so tragic when they're so young.
